DEAR FRIENDS:
Was a huge success again this year, thanks to our many volunteers and donors. Forty children participated in the program that was set in Africa. Our theme, “Roar, When life is wild, God is good! ” focused on how good God is in the hard times of our lives and the good times. A special thanks to Pastor Uziel for volunteering each evening, to Grace Palmer for sharing her life like African animals, and to Our Saviors UMC in Schaumburg, for letting us borrow their VBS decorations. It was a special time for our church family.
NEXT VBS WILL BE ON JUNE 22 TO JUNE 25, 2020 FROM 5:00PM – 7:30PM
QUERIDOS AMIGOS:
Fue un gran éxito nuevamente este año, gracias a nuestros muchos voluntarios y donantes. Cuarenta niños participaron en el programa que se estableció en África. Nuestro tema, “Rugido, cuando la vida es salvaje, Dios es bueno! “Se centró en lo bueno que Dios es en los tiempos difíciles de nuestras vidas y los buenos tiempos. Un agradecimiento especial al Pastor Uziel por ser voluntario cada noche, a Grace Palmer por compartir su vida como animales africanos, y a Our Saviors UMC en Schaumburg, por permitirnos tomar prestados sus decoraciones VBS. Fue un momento especial para nuestra familia de la iglesia.
